The TK91UNI (Art. 6304260) is the universal head of the BK Mikro CNC tool monitoring system.Mounted beside the machining area or in the tool magazine, it drives the wand against tools and workpieces and reports O.K. / K.O. to the controller. Anodized aluminium housing with double-lip seals keeps cutting fluid, chips and dust out; the scanning angle reaches up to 300 degrees and wands up to 910 mm can be fitted, so one head covers long-tool checks as well as close magazine positions. Repeatability is in the hundredth-degree class and the scan mechanism is rated for millions of cycles.
