The AN30-03 is the size-30 model of the SMC AN series of compact resin silencers. It screws directly onto the exhaust port of solenoid valves, cylinders or valve manifolds and cuts exhaust noise by about 30 dB(A) using a sintered-resin sound-absorbing element. With no moving parts, a large 60 mm² effective area (low back-pressure) and a recommended flow of up to 5.0 m³/min (ANR), it is the economical standard choice for exhaust silencing on 3/8 ports.
